It seems like people without a tattoo are quickly becoming the minority, so those people who want to express their uniqueness with a tattoo have to get creative with design and placement in order to get noticed. This man was either really drunk, or got suckered into a really bad idea, but at least he won’t have to worry about running into someone with the same tattoo, because I’d be very saddened to learn that two people were dumb enough to get this permanently inked on their body. Say hello to sleeves for the rest of your life.
